Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from www.entercise.com via one of our courier services companies to anywhere in Egypt

After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and are processing it.

To keep you informed about the progress of your order, we will send further email notifications as we dispatch your order.

Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to courier shipping practices, delivery location, the method of delivery and the number of items ordered, and in addition, your order may be delivered in separate shipments. Usually the orders take 2-5 business days to arrive at your door steps.

Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order.

RETURNS 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Products are returned in the original packaging
  • Package was never opened, i.e. is sealed (*),
  • The product shows no sign of usage (*),
  • The stamped invoiceis attached,

(*) Condition doesn’t apply for faulty (defective) products

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3% handling fee applies on canceled orders made through a credit card.

Please be informed: products that have been returned without calling our customer service will be shipped back to customer.

Please note that if the product returned does not match the conditions above, it will be rejected and will be shipped back to you.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@entercise.com or call us at +201006820133

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

In any case, the return request must be executed within 14 days after delivery. Some products have an extended return/exchange policy that can go up to 30 days.

What if my product is faulty?

We will examine the case to verify the defectiveness and get back to you as soon as possible.
