Can I return the item if it doesn't work for me?
Yes, you can return or exchange the item within 14 days of receiving it. However, because we sell heavy sports equipment and fitness machines, the item must be in its original condition, new, unused, and unassembled in its original packaging. Please note that for change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once you place an order, it takes 1 to 2 working days for processing. Instead of a standard tracking link, our logistics team will contact you directly via phone to schedule a suitable delivery date and time for your heavy equipment. If you need an immediate update on your order status, you can always call our Hotline at 16293.
Do you provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?
Absolutely! As the exclusive agent and official distributor for our fitness brands in Egypt, all our machines come with an official warranty. For example, our treadmills come with up to a 3-year warranty on the chassis and 1 year on the motor. We also provide certified periodic maintenance every 4 to 6 months through our specialized technical team.
Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?
If you receive a defective machine or find any manufacturing damage upon delivery, please contact us immediately at 16293 within 48 hours. Our technical team will inspect the issue, and we will offer a full free replacement or a 100% refund without any shipping fees charged to you.
