We guarantee the quality of our sports equipment and offer comprehensive after-sales support to ensure your machines operate at peak performance for years to come.
Official Warranty Periods by Category:
1. Treadmills:
- Chassis & Frame: 3 Years Warranty.
- Motor: 1 Year Warranty.
- Periodic Maintenance: Scheduled every 4 to 6 months by our certified technicians.
2. Ellipticals:
- Comprehensive Warranty: 1 Year Warranty.
- Periodic Maintenance: Scheduled every 4 to 6 months to ensure smooth operation.
3. Exercise Bikes:
- Comprehensive Warranty: 1 Year Warranty.
- Periodic Maintenance: Scheduled every 4 to 6 months.
- Note: Authorized maintenance and spare parts remain available through Entercise even after the 1-year warranty period expires.
4. Multi-Gyms:
- Comprehensive Warranty: 1 Year Warranty.
Post-Warranty & Continuous Maintenance Services
We do not stop caring for your equipment once the warranty ends. As the exclusive agent, Entercise provides lifetime access to authorized maintenance and genuine spare parts for all our exercise bikes, treadmills, ellipticals, and multi-gyms, even after the official warranty period has expired (fees may apply for out-of-warranty services).
Warranty Terms & Conditions:
To ensure fairness and maintain our high standards, please note that the warranty covers manufacturing defects and internal hardware faults. However, the warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear of consumable parts (e.g., belts, pedals).
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow the user manual.
- Damage resulting from severe electrical power surges.
- Equipment that has been repaired, modified, or dismantled by an unauthorized third-party technician.
- Using home-designated equipment in a commercial environment (unless specified as commercial equipment).
