Refund policy

At Entercise, we stand behind the quality of our sports equipment. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Window:
You have the right to return or exchange items within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Product Condition for Returns:
Due to the nature of fitness machines and sports equipment, the following conditions apply:

  • The equipment must be in its original condition, new, unused, and unassembled.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all manuals, parts, and accessories included.
  • Note: If the machine has been assembled or used, it is non-returnable unless it is found to be defective by our technical team.

Return Shipping Costs & Fees (Customer Responsibility):
We do not charge any restocking fees (0.00 EGP) for returns or exchanges made within the 14-day window. The device itself will be refunded in full.
However, the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping costs. Because we sell heavy sports equipment, the return shipping fee varies depending on your governorate and the size of the item. This exact shipping amount will be communicated to you by our logistics team and will be deducted from your total refund.

Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective machine or the wrong item, please contact our Hotline (16293) within 48 hours of delivery. Entercise will bear all return shipping and handling costs for replacing or returning defective equipment.

Return Method & Process:
All returns must be shipped back to us (By Mail/Courier).

  1. Call our Hotline at 16293 or email info@entercise.com to initiate the return.

  2. Our logistics partner will be dispatched to your address to pick up the heavy equipment.

Refund Processing Time:
Once we receive your returned equipment at our warehouse, our team will inspect it. We will process your refund within up to 14 days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or digital wallets.
  • Credit/Debit Cards & Installments: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
