As the exclusive agent and distributor for our premium sports equipment and fitness machines brands, we ensure the safe and prompt delivery of your heavy and high-value items across Egypt.

Order Processing (Handling Time):
All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 working days (excluding Fridays and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your order number once your order is placed.

Delivery Timings (Transit Time):
Because we specialize in large sports machines and fitness equipment, our delivery times are as follows:

• Cairo & Giza: 2 to 4 working days.
• Other Governorates: 3 to 7 working days.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your exact location and the weight/dimensions of the fitness equipment in your order.

Installation Services:
For heavy machines (such as treadmills, multi-gyms, etc.), installation services may be provided upon delivery or scheduled shortly after by our specialized technical team.

Order Tracking & Updates:
Our logistics team will contact you via phone prior to delivery to schedule a suitable drop-off time, ensuring you are available to receive the equipment at your registered address.
